FAQS

How does JARO ensure consistent quality across every batch?

Consistency is our core pursuit. We operate a comprehensive in-house manufacturing ecosystem, where strictly controlling every key stage—from mold development and injection molding to automated assembly. Furthermore, we insist on 100% final inspection before shipment and use 100% virgin materials for production. This ensures that every product meets high engineering standards for pressure resistance, aging resistance, and longevity.

Where does JARO’s technical advantage lie compared to other manufacturers?

We are a certified National High-Tech Enterprise. Our innovation is defined as "Innovation for Production." For instance, we utilize our patented "Eagle-Claw" locking ring design (for PP Compression Fittings) to ensure tubes do not detach under PN16 high pressure. Additionally, we employ automatic O-ring insertion devices and high-efficiency injection molds. These patented technologies significantly reduce tolerances, ensuring a high degree of quality uniformity.

Why does JARO emphasize "Full-Range" as a system, rather than just a product list?

At JARO, "Full-Range" means that products of different sizes are developed under the same engineering logic and manufacturing standards. This means whether you purchase a DN15 or a DN100 valve, the structural stability, installation feel, and quality performance are predictable. This significantly reduces supply chain management complexity for engineering projects.

Can your fittings adapt to standards from different countries?

Yes. Our mold designs are engineered for global compatibility, capable of precisely matching mainstream standards including Chinese (GB), American (ANSI), Japanese (JIS), and British (BS) standards.

What is the practical value of "Low Torque" and "User-Friendly Feel" for engineering projects?

The ultimate users of industrial products are people. Our design is based on real-world working conditions: lighter opening torque and ergonomic handles significantly reduce operator fatigue and minimize the risk of errors caused by difficult operation. This is particularly valuable in scenarios requiring frequent opening and closing, such as agricultural irrigation, where it greatly improves system operational efficiency.

What optimizations has JARO made regarding ease of installation?

We have made extensive engineering improvements to product details. For example, our Saddle Clamp features a bolt-retention design (snap-fit structure). This supports single-person installation from the bottom up without the bolts slipping out, effectively saving labor costs and time on the construction site.

Does JARO support customized (OEM/ODM) services?

Yes. We possess strong in-house R&D and mold-making capabilities, allowing us to provide deeply customized solutions—from design to packaging—tailored to specific customer application needs.

Why is JARO considered a partner worthy of long-term trust?

We adhere to a philosophy of long-term business operation. Our factory is rooted in the founder's hometown, boasting a highly stable team of skilled workers and technical staff. This is a fundamental difference compared to small workshops with high turnover rates. We prioritize supply stability and predictability over blindly pursuing short-term production speed.

Why is your True Union Ball Valve considered an "Engineering Grade" product?

JARO is one of the first manufacturers domestically to achieve full-range systematic development for this product. Our design is not merely scaling up sizes; all specifications are developed vertically under the same engineering logic to ensure structural consistency.

Will frequent opening and closing cause the handle to break or become difficult to operate?

No. This product features an ultra-light torque design, making it very easy to handle. The handle is ergonomic, and the sealing rings have excellent aging resistance. Designed specifically for high-frequency operating conditions like agricultural irrigation, it significantly reduces frontline worker fatigue.

In high-pressure environments (e.g., PN16), will the fittings leak or detach?

We utilize our self-developed "Eagle-Claw" patented locking ring design. This securely locks the pipe, ensuring it remains stable and does not detach even under 16KGS (PN16) pressure.

Will over-tightening during installation cause the port to crack?

For internal thread interfaces, we offer specifications reinforced with a stainless steel ring (e.g., the series with '#' suffix). This metal ring effectively constrains plastic deformation, preventing cracking issues caused by excessive tightening torque.

Can one person complete the installation of a large-diameter saddle clamp in narrow or outdoor conditions?

This is our design strength. The JARO saddle clamp features a bolt-retention structure (Snap-fit retaining lip). When installing from the bottom up, the bolt is temporarily held in place and will not fall due to gravity, greatly improving single-person work efficiency.

Is this saddle clamp still useful if we discover on-site that a branch connection is not needed?

Yes. We use a bi-directional sealing design, with sealing grooves on both the upper and lower saddles. You can flip it over and use it as a sealing reinforcement component for the pipeline, eliminating the need to purchase additional plugs and allowing for flexible adaptation to site changes.

There are many such valves on the market; what makes JARO’s product different?

The core difference lies in torque management and lifespan. Our valves have an extremely light torque feel, and we insist on 100% factory inspection and production with virgin materials. This means every valve you receive opens effortlessly, and the sealing rings resist aging, ensuring a longer-lasting system.
